Committee Update

To date, we have received a number of viable submissions.  A subcommittee is in the process of holding initial Zoom interviews with each candidate.  Second round interviews begin this month and we expect them to continue until early February.  We have set January 31 as the final date to accept applications.

Once we have narrowed our search to two or three candidates, we will begin to bring members of the community at large into the discussion.  The Rabbinic Assembly currently has a ban on travel, which is expected to go through the beginning of April, which will therefore require small group meetings via Zoom to introduce the candidates to Adat Ari El.  Every voice will be important in making our final selection.
