Yoga, the union of body, mind, and spirit, is a practice dating back centuries. The practice of yoga allows us to connect to each other, to ourselves, and, ultimately, what is most meaningful to us as human beings living in a communal space. Participating in the ever-growing Adat Ari El yoga community allows each of us to embrace our truest selves in order for us to be able to serve the greater community and be present for those around us.

Tuesdays - 10:00-11:00am - Mixed Level Vinyasa - Vinyasa yoga is a more active style of yoga and allows yogis to move a bit faster, have a more aerobic workout, and maybe even break a sweat. This mixed-level class begins with focused breath work and ends with a still and relaxing resting pose held for at least several minutes. We will move and groove in the middle, all the while building strength and flexibility. Mixed-level classes will accommodate all levels, whether it's your first class or your 100th.

Thursdays - 3:00-4:00pm - Level Two Yoga Flow - Ready to take your yoga to the next level? This class is designed for those who have an existing yoga practice and are looking to build even greater strength, more stability and increased flexibility. Classes may include arm balances, inversions, and other yoga challenges. A strong yoga foundation is required for this class.

Can't wait to see you at home on your mat!

Please email Hillary Oberstein if you are interested in joining one of her classes or with any questions you may have.
