Director's Message

Welcome to the Rose Engel Early Childhood Center (ECC) at Adat Ari El!

Our goal is to create a nurturing environment that seamlessly blends Jewish traditions with the most progressive philosophies and methodologies in early childhood education.

Our center is deeply inspired by the theories of Vygotsky, Piaget, and Reggio Emilia, and it is a place where both children and staff can thrive. As someone from Denmark, I bring Scandinavian values into our learning environment—drawing on the progressive, child-centered approach for which Scandinavian education is well known.

We prioritize hands-on exploration, storytelling, and self-expression, fostering curiosity, independence, and empathy in each child. We value every child's unique perspective and support them in becoming resilient, thoughtful, and life-long learners who are rooted in their community and culture. 

It is a privilege to partner with you on your child's journey, and we look forward to working together to create a meaningful, joyful learning experience.
