Admission Process

1. APPLICATION

Please complete your application for admission here. The application, along with a non-refundable fee of $150, is due no later than January 6, 2021.

2. SCREENING AND INTERVIEW

Upon receipt and processing of your application, we will contact you to schedule the following required appointments:

A parent interview

ADAT "Playdates" allow prospective students to be assessed by our faculty in a relaxed and friendly environment.

3. SUBMIT REQUIRED FORMS

Complete the top portion of the recommendation forms and submit these documents to your child’s current school for completion. Please note: Forms should be given to your current school after December 1, 2019, so that we can have the most up-to-date information on your child:

Parent Authorization for Release of Student Records (all applicants)

Preschool Director Evaluation Form (TK & K)

Preschool Teacher Evaluation Form (TK & K)

Administrator Recommendation – 1st-6th Grade

Teacher Recommendation – 1st-6th Grade

Official transcripts will be sent to us directly from your child’s current school, but are required in order to complete your application by January 6, 2021.

4. ADMISSION DECISION NOTIFICATION DATES

We will notify you of our admission decision via e-mail on March 12, 2021.

5. FINAL STEP

Contract and enrollment deposits are due back Monday, March 22, 2021 to guarantee your child’s space at ADAT.
