Adat+ Session 2 Enrichment 2023

SIGN UPS ARE CLOSED - This form is informational only.

After school enrichment programs are a wonderful opportunity for both parents and children! At Adat+, we not only offer engaging after care, we also offer classes that are creative, educational, athletic, artistic, and most importantly, fun! Instead of driving to a studio or a park for an activity, the children stay here and the activity comes to them.

The 2nd  session of our Adat+ enrichment program will run from January 9th through March 30th.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund a class due to an absence and there will be no make up classes offered. Classes may not run if we do not receive a required minimum number of students. If there are not enough students to fill a class, you will be notified and refunded. Additionally, no refunds will be provided after a child has attended their second class.

Payment must be made in full upon the completion of this registration form.

Please don't hesitate to reach out to Mandy Pankowski if you feel you may qualify for reduced prices for enrichment classes.

Classes are offered on a first come, first served basis based on maximum enrollment numbers.  You must sign up for the entire session of classes ... they are not available on an individual or partial basis.
