Adat+ Child care Programs

We are excited to introduce a new program to our Adat Ari El community: Adat+. Adat+ is our new child care and after school program supporting families with children in K-6th grade.

Initially Adat+ is able to provide virtual learning support programs for elementary school aged children. Your child can come to Adat Ari El’s campus, attend their virtual classes in a self-contained pod, and have the support of our staff members to keep them engaged in their classes and offer any help they need to complete their assignments.  In addition, we will engage the children in activities throughout the day when they are not in a class or completing a school related assignment. We want to support families to help children succeed in school during this unprecedented time.

When our current world situation passes and we are back to normalcy, Adat+ will be there for you as an afterschool and minicamp program. We will be offering transportation for your child from their school and bringing them to Adat Ari El for learning support, enrichment, and community building.  We are very excited to be able to offer this program to you.  If you have any questions, please contact Ori Zadok, ozadok@adatariel.org.

Please join us for an informational Town Hall meeting on Thursday, September 10 at 7:30pm

ADAT+  COVID 19 Protocols and Procedures
We are excited to bring you Adat+ an afterschool, mini camp and enrichment program. Adat+ aims to support you and your family during this time of distance instruction and well into the brighter future.

For now, we have been working with and receiving guidance from our Adat Ari El COVID-19 response team, the Los Angeles County Health Department, Community Care State Licensing, and the CDC to implement COVID-19 specific procedures and policies. Please read the new protocols below to learn more about health and safety measures we are putting in place to limit the exposure and spread of COVID-19. These protocols and procedures are subject to change given the ever evolving nature of this pandemic situation.

Communication will be key throughout this program. We will contact you after registration and prior to the start of your child’s session to discuss their individual learning style and how best we can support them. As a parent, you will need to make sure your child comes to Adat+ prepared with their distance learning supplies (tablet or computer, chargers, headphone and necessary school supplies), all logins and passwords; and their assignments. You will need to provide the staff and Program Director with any teacher correspondence or updates. Upon registration, Adat+ will provide a way for you to share information necessary to log on to camper portals, zooms, or any other form of online learning. Our team will reach out as needed for additional expectations and requirements. This is a team effort and we cannot be successful without your help!
