Lay Leadership
Lay Leadership
Adat Ari El offers meaningful leadership opportunities for our members. We are governed by an elected Board of Directors, and our active congregant committees work in close partnership with our clergy and professional staff to oversee programs, schools, and facilities.
Leadership within Adat Ari El – the oldest and one of the largest Conservative synagogues in the San Fernando Valley – contributes both to the vibrancy of our own community and to the strength of the congregational system that is so vital to American Judaism.
Any member interested in participating in our lay leadership is welcome to contact Jessica Biber, our Director of Community Relations: jbiber@adatariel.org for additional information including a list of current Board members.
