Aftercare
When is aftercare available for families?
Adat+ Aftercare begins on August 18, 2025 and ends on June 12, 2026. Registration opens Monday, July 14 at 12:00 PM. You can find our registration form here.

I am completely new to Adat+. How do I sign up?
If you are new to the program, please contact our office at adatplus@adatariel.org or fill out our Interest Form for new families.

What is the cost of Adat+ Aftercare?
The annual cost of aftercare is $4500, split into 10 monthly payments of $450.

Do you offer any financial assistance?
Yes, qualifying families may receive scholarship rates. Please contact the CWC office to verify your eligibility.

I am joining mid-year. Do you offer prorated refunds?
Yes, prorated refunds are available if you join our program late.

What are the hours of Adat+ Aftercare?
Aftercare starts at 2:30 PM and ends at 6:00 PM, except for Wednesdays when aftercare starts at 12:30 PM. 

How and when can I pick up my child from aftercare?
Adat+ allows you to pick up your child at any time during program hours (2:30 PM - 6:00 PM). Our check-out desk is located just behind the black gate at the front of the CWC campus. An Adat+ employee will be there to greet you and assist with signing out.

What is your late pick-up policy?
Adat+ closes at promptly 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Failure to pick up your child by 6:00 PM will result in a charge of $20 for any pick up from 6:01 PM to 6:15 PM and $5 per minute thereafter. You must call the Adat+ office at 818-766-9426 X200 or 818-299-2142 if you are unable to pick your child up on time. Late charges will automatically be deducted from your credit card on file. 

What if I only need to sign up for a single day of Adat+ Aftercare?
If you don’t need full time care, but only a day or two of aftercare, we have you covered. The cost is $33 per day, except on Wednesdays, which is $60. We require a 24 hour notice for single day registration. You can find our single day drop-in form here.

What is a typical day like at Adat+ Aftercare?
Every day is a little different, but a typical day looks like this:

School Dismissal - 3:15 Check-in and snack
3:15 - 4:15 Team Time Activities
4:15 - 5:15 Outdoor and/or Free Play
5:15 - 5:45 Chill Games and Reading
5:45 - 6:00 Wind Down Time/ Pick-up

Enrichment
How do I sign up for Adat+ Enrichment?
Enrichment registration will open Monday July 28, 2025 at 12:00 PM. You can find our enrichment webpage here.

If I sign my child up for an enrichment class, do I have to also sign them up for aftercare?
If your child is enrolled in an enrichment class that starts right after school and you plan to pick them up as soon as the class ends, there’s no need to sign up for aftercare.

However, if your child will remain in our care after their class wraps up, even just for a little while, a single-day aftercare registration is required.

What are some examples of enrichment classes you offer?

We offer a wide variety of after school enrichment classes designed to spark curiosity, build new skills, and keep kids engaged and excited to learn! From STEM-focused programs like LEGO engineering, coding, and robotics, to creative outlets like art, cooking, drama, and dance, there’s something for every interest.

We also offer movement-based classes like martial arts, cheer, sports, and yoga, as well as fun, interactive experiences like animal science, escape room challenges, and Improv games.

Our enrichment offerings change each session, so there's always something new to explore and look forward to! Our goal is to provide meaningful, hands-on learning in a fun and supportive environment where students can explore, create, and grow.
