Aftercare
When is aftercare available for families?
Adat+ Aftercare begins on August 20, 2024 and ends on June 13, 2025. Aftercare Registration

I am completely new to Adat+. How do I sign up?
If you are new to the program, please contact Adat+ Director Rachel De La Cruz for more information on how to register.

What are the hours of Adat+ Aftercare?
Aftercare starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 6:00 PM, except for Wednesdays when aftercare starts at 12:30 PM. 

How and when can I pick up my child from aftercare?
Adat+ allows you to pick up your child at any time during program hours (3:00 PM - 6:00 PM). Our check-out desk is located just behind the black gate at the front of the CWC campus. An Adat+ employee will be there to greet you and assist with signing out.

What is the cost for aftercare?
Monthly tuition:

Free or Reduced Lunch Scholarship - Free Tuition

*In order to qualify for scholarship rates, you must submit a letter from your school confirming your eligibility.  Please contact your school office if you have any questions about this.

What is your late pick-up policy?
Adat+ closes at promptly 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Failure to pick up your child by 6:00 PM will result in a charge of $20 for any pick up from 6:01 PM to 6:15 PM and $5 per minute thereafter. You must call the Adat+ offices at 818-766-9426 X200 or 818-299-2142 if you are unable to pick your child up on time. Late charges will automatically be deducted from your credit card on file. 

What if I only need to sign up for a single day of Adat+ Aftercare?
If you don’t need full time care, but only a day or two of aftercare, use the link below to sign your child up. The cost is $27.50 per day, except on Wednesdays, which is $45. We require a 24 hour notice for single day registration. Single Day Registration

What is a typical day like at Adat+ Aftercare?
Every day is a different adventure, but a typical day looks like this:

School Dismissal - 3:15 Check-in and snack
3:15 - 4:15 Team Time Activities
4:15 - 5:15 Outdoor and/or Free Play
5:15 - 5:45 Chill Games and Reading
5:45 - 6:00 Wind Down Time/ Pick-up

Enrichment
How do I sign up for Adat+ Enrichment?
Enrichment registration will be available on our website mid-July 2024. Enrichment Registration

If I sign my child up for an enrichment class, do I have to also sign them up for aftercare?
Not necessarily. If your child is enrolled in an enrichment class that begins immediately after school and you pick them up as soon as the class ends, you do not need to sign them up for aftercare. However, if your child will be staying in our care either before or after their enrichment class, we do require single day registration.
