Adult Education

Committed to ensuring that our members can access the deep wisdom of our tradition, Adat Ari El provides many, varied learning opportunities for adults in our community to grow their souls.  We offer a wide range of opportunities weekly, monthly, and seasonally. We invite you to become a life long learner!

Adult Education

Adat Ari El classes are currently being provided online, using Zoom web-conferencing software. You may join a class by clicking on its link below. If you do not have the Zoom software loaded on your device, you will be prompted on how to download the software the first time you click to join any session of the classes offered below. Once the software is downloaded, Zoom will prompt you how to connect to the session.

Join us as we explore the Book of Exodus through the lens of traditional Jewish commentators. Each week we will look at different commandments and laws, see what they reveal about the Torah’s values, and discuss if and how those values may, or may not, be relevant for us today.

Multi-Interest Day (MID)- 10:30am/11:30am
Taught by Rabbi Yarkin and Rabbi Mark Goodman
MID is live again in the midst of our international health crises.  Our superlative teachers, Rabbi Jessica Yarkin and Rabbi Mark Goodman, will continue their upbeat and insightful teaching of Creation Myths and Kabbalah, respectively, through Zoom.  Classes are scheduled at 10:30 am and at 11:30 am.  Click here to join.

Meditation Minyan- 7:30pm - 8:45pm
Taught by Diego Gesualdi
Diego Gesualdi will lead us in weekly sessions on Wednesday evenings. Sessions will include a brief introduction, a discussion regarding a topic of the day, meditation, and conclude with an opportunity for questions and comments.
