Chanukkah 5781

Adat Ari El's 8 Nights of Awesome features interactive, innovative and fun Chanukkah programming for kids and adults of all ages.  With a different option for every night of Chanukkah, you are sure to find one or eight activities that you are interested in attending.  From a Chanukkah comedy special to an interactive magic show and everything in between, we have your Chanukkah fun covered!

Daily Chanukkah Events

The Bible Players
The Bible Players are coming to Zoom to tell us about Milton the Menorah and the story of Chanukah.  This Chanukah comedy show promises to be good fun for children (and adults) of all ages.

Chanukkah N'ranena!
A super-musical fun welcome to Shabbat.  If you like to experience saxophone and guitars and banjo and voices and joy, then join us for Shabbat Tefillah and Chanukkah songs at Chanukkah N’ranena.

Laila Tov with Ori
At 6:30 PM come join our ECC director Ori Zadok as he leads us in making Havdallah and reads a Chanukah themed story (for preschool age families).

Mixology
Later that evening join us at 8:00 PM as we will be having a Mixologist lead a workshop over Zoom on how to mix up your own holiday cocktails and mocktails. INGREDIENTS

Festival of Lights
4th Night ($18.00 Entry [needs a timed rsvp]) Starting at 4:30 PM come join us for a drive through our own festival of lights.  We are transforming our parking lot into a drive through Chanukah experience.  Every car that attends will be greeted with hot cocoa and a gift bag.  If you are interested in creating your own booth to be displayed please email Eric Chafetz, EChafetz@adatariel.org.The cost for the booths are $180.00 for a half or $360.00 for a full booth.

Chanukkah Bingo
5th Night (Free) Come join us at 6:30pm for a night of Chanukah themed Bingo.  There will be prizes and all the virtual gelt you can download (virtual gelt not provided by Adat Ari El)! This event is open to all of our families.

Chanukkah Trivia Night
6th Night (Free) At 6:30pm, our 6th grade JLC class will be hosting a trivia night. An evening for kids and adults of all ages, this program will be sure to leave you a little smarter.   Join us on 12.15 at home 6:30pm

Chanukkah Madness
7th Night (Free) Virtual Channukah Madness, join us at 6:30pm for an evening of dreidel making, dreidel spinning and menorah making. This event is free but you will need the following supplies in order to participate; one bag of large marshmallows, one bag of hershey kisses, small tub frosting, pretzel rods, 1 box of rigatoni, 1 box of lasagna pasta, glue and optionally paint or markers

 Chanukkah Magic
8th Night (Free) We will be ending our Chanukah festivities with a virtual magic show. It will most certainly be a fun and interactive virtual magic show with an opportunity to learn some magic.
