Entrance Policy

Once a completed health screening form is reviewed your child(ren) may exit the car. They will have their temperatures checked again, after a temperature result lower than 100.0,  then may proceed to their designated pod.

All siblings will be in the same pods.

Staff will be wearing appropriate PPE clothes as per the CDC guidelines.

Staff will approach your vehicle to check that you have completed your health screening form online prior to arrival. No one is to exit the car until the staff have determined it is okay to do so. A no contact thermometer to check temperatures will be used.

Each child and adult will be inspected for any signs of illness which include: “flushed cheeks, rapid breathing or difficulty breathing (without recent physical activity), fatigue, or extreme fussiness.” In addition, coughs, runny noses, and other signs of illness will be observed for.

No child or adult will be admitted to the program with any of the symptoms below:

  • Fever of 100 degrees or higher
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath
  • Runny Nose
  • Lethargy or difference in mood
  • Or any other symptom listed in our existing sick policy.

It is up to the Administration’s discretion when requiring a doctor's note for attendance after an illness.

Children can only attend Adat+ if they are healthy and not showing any signs of illness. If children are showing signs or symptoms of illness they are to be excluded from Adat+ and may not return until they have been symptom free for 72 hours for fever and be in touch with Administration. Parent/Caregiver must also notify you if children have taken any fever reducing medications in the prior 24 hours.

*In order to maintain the health of our entire community we must rely on families to be transparent about health issues at all times.  If someone in your household has Covid 19 or has potentially been exposed, and you knowingly send your child to school, you will no longer be welcome as part of our community.  It is of the utmost importance that everybody does their part to insure the health and safety of all persons in our community.*

At this time we are unable to offer a program for those children requiring a shadow/companion teacher.  Only staff employed by Adat Ari El and Adat+ will be permitted in classrooms.

If you are going to be late for any reason please communicate with Adat+ Administration  to coordinate drop off. You may not simply drop off your child without going through our daily arrival routine.
