PRICING FOR AFTER SCHOOL CARE (no enrichment)
These prices are
per month (August - May) and include Wednesdays starting at 12:30pm.
The payment at the end of this form is for the tuition for the first month. For partial and reduced price please reach out to your school to get a letter of approval. We do not offer refunds or price-reductions for days missed.
**LATE PICK UP POLICY**
Adat+ closes at 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Failure to pick up your child by 6:00 pm will result in a charge of $15 for any pick up from 6:01 pm to 6:15 pm and $5 per minute thereafter. You must call the Adat+ phone at 818-766-9426x200 if you are unable to pick your child up on time. Late charges will automatically be deducted from your credit card on file.

We do not offer refunds on days missed of after care or classes missed of enrichment. Tuition will be paid monthly (August - May) using a credit card kept on file. You have read and agree to the Late Pick Up Policy. Enrollment for the 2023-24 school year is not complete without the submission of this form and the 1st month's payment received. This payment is non-refundable.
