September 6th=First Day of Class for Kitah Zayin (7th) & Derekh Academy (8th/9th) (community dinner included!)
October 11th=First Day of Class for the Confirmation Seminar Institute (10th-12th) (Fiesta in the Sukkah Family Dinner by RSVP and payment only)

Kitah Zayin (7th): $900.00 

Derekh Academy (8th/9th): $900.00 

Confirmation Seminar Institute (10th-12th): $900.00

Adat Ari El Membership

In selecting your membership level this year, it is important to acknowledge that the unique experiences your children have on the Adat Ari El campus, along with their Jewish education, would not be possible without meaningful annual membership contributions. Please consider giving as generously as possible towards your synagogue membership. Unlike the tuition you pay, your annual membership contribution is tax-deductible, and may be paid in quarterly or monthly installments. 

Your required pledge helps provide:

• Campus security – the guards that welcome you every day and protect your families, security monitoring system and emergency procedures
• Facilities and maintenance – keeping our grounds clean and safe
• Scholarships for camp, youth group, and other significant Jewish experiences

Field trip release

I/We give permission and consent to the Youth Department and its employees and agents to take my/our child on field trips as part of the normal curriculum and, to the extent possible, absolve the Youth Department and Adat Ari El and its employees and agents from any liability for personal injury to my/our child or property damage, except for injuries resulting from gross negligence of the Youth Department, Adat Ari El, or their employees or agents. I/We understand that for all field trips that require transportation, I/We will receive a permission slip. Unless I/We have signed this form and the permission slip, my/our child will not be permitted to attend the field trip. 

By signing below, you are enrolling your child in the Confirmation/Seminar Institute for the 2022-23 school year. Enrollment is not complete without: submission of this form, the tuition contract (which will be emailed upon form submission), tuition deposit, and membership pledge for Adat Ari El. 

Please note: If you have not made a Synagogue pledge by July 1, 2022 we will not be able to enroll your student(s).
