Kesher+ Aftercare Registration 2024

We are so excited to launch Kesher+, a Jewish, cultural aftercare program for ALL TK-3rd grade Kesher students! This program is in lieu of the Adat+ Aftercare Program on JLC Tuesdays from 3:00-4:00pm with Hebrew until May 15th.
  • $50 for the semester for CWC students already enrolled in the Adat+ aftercare M-F
  • $50 for the semester for CWC students on reduced Adat+ tuition
  • $75 for the semester for CWC students NOT enrolled in Adat+ aftercare other than Tuesdays
  • $100 for the semester for NON CWC students

Please provide the following parent/guardian information for your child.
If your child needs to have medications in our office, such as an Epi-Pen, you will need to bring it to us with the full prescription information and the name and contact number of the prescribing physician.
Please provide us with information regarding your student's individual learning needs.
Please bring or send in additional documentation or information or the name and contact information of any specialist with whom your student/family may work. 
Adat Ari El is authorized to use minor's photographs, images, recordings, videos, likeness, achievements, and artwork in internal promotional publications, including newsletters, for community outreach and in print material.  
Adat Ari El is authorized to use minor's photographs, images, recordings, videos, likeness, achievements, and artwork in external promotional publications, including synagogue website, greater community outreach, etc.
PAYMENT & SIGNATURE 

By signing below, you are enrolling your child in Kesher+ starting on January 9th, 2024 and you acknowledge that:
  • We do not offer refunds on days missed. 
  • Tuition will be paid once after registration. 
  • Enrollment for the 2024 semester is not complete without the submission of this form. This payment is non-refundable. 
   $50 (M-F full paid Adat+ aftercare)
   $50 Reduced Adat+ Tuition
   $75 (NOT enrolled in Adat+ aftercare)
   $100 (Non CWC Student)
