ECC Camp Sababa 2025

Session I: June 10 – June 20 (no camp on June 19)... Bereshit - In the Beginning...

Session II: June 23 - July 3 (no camp on July 4) ... Shomreh Adamah - Guardians of the Earth

Session III: July 7 - 18 ... Tzedakah and Chesed - Acts of Love and Kindness

Session IV: July 21 - August 2 ... Am Yisrael Chai - Celebrating Israel

Session V: August 4 - 14 (no camp August 15) ... Shalom Bayit - Peace Within the Home
CAMP INFORMATION

Dates – Tuesday, June 10 through Thursday, August 14

Summer camp is 10 weeks long and broken down into 5 two-week sessions. The sessions cannot be split up. After you have signed up, you will receive two schedule confirmation emails. Please be sure to note the dates that your child is attending. 

9:00 - 12:30 - $780 per session
9:00 - 3:00 - $955 per session

Early Drop Off (EDO) 7:30-9:00am - $105 per session
4:30 Pick Up - $105 per session
6:00 Pick Up - $210 per session

Registration Fee -- $50 (includes 1 camp t-shirt)

Non-refundable Deposit -- $250 -- due with registration / applies toward your tuition

Non-Member Fee - $100 charge per session (this covers the cost of security, maintenance, facilities, utilities, clergy, programming, and administrative assistance)

After May 31 – No Refunds and No Changes

We are very happy to welcome new families to Camp Sababa. We ask that if you know of an outside family who is interested in attending Camp Sababa, have them reach out to Mandy at mpankowski@adatariel.org. Please do not share this registration form. Thank you!

*New families must complete new student paperwork before their first day of camp. Forms will be emailed to you. 
CONTACT INFORMATION 
 
May 31 is the last day to make changes to your camper's schedule.  After this date, there are absolutely no refunds.  We do not offer refunds for camper's time off, sick days, missed days, family vacations, partially missed days, or anything else that requires time off from camp.  A single exception is made for a child who suffers a physical injury or illness after May 31 and prior to the start of camp, and whose physician in writing notifies the camp that the child cannot safely participate in the camp program.  In this case, we will refund your tuition paid minus your deposit.  

Weeks may be ADDED (space permitting) to your camper's schedule after May 31 but NOT removed.  
All payments for camp will be made with your preferred payment method on file. If you do not have a credit card or echeck account on file, you must register one. Payments for camp will made in two installments.  Your account will be charged on June 1 and July 1.  Campers may not attend camp if there is a balance after July 2.
