Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis and is limited to ensure proper staff-child-ratio. Unfortunately, we will not accept your child unless this form is submitted.

Childcare will be offered beginning at 9:00am and will end when services are completed (around 1:30pm). Indicate below if your child will need to nap. Infants can rest on their own schedule. Toddlers and preschoolers will rest at 12:00pm. Families are responsible for providing bedding. 

We will provide healthy snacks for the children, but we will not have lunch available for them. If your child will be staying past 11:30am, please bring them a dairy/parve/nut-free lunch.

When dropping your child off, be sure they have extra diapers and wipes (if needed), sunblock, extra clothes, lunch (if staying later than 11:30) and a water bottle. Please label everything.

All children must be pre-registered by Friday, September 5, 2025.

Families are not allowed to utilize the yard without prior childcare registration.

Please note this is for preschool aged children, infants and toddlers. Older siblings cannot be dropped off alongside their younger sibling.
