Registration 2025-2026

Beginning August 2025 for TK-5th Graders!
We are excited to introduce The Clubhouse, a vibrant Jewish cultural after-school program that brings the fun and warmth of camp to every afternoon! Our program offers a dynamic, engaging environment where children can build lasting friendships, explore Jewish traditions, and deepen their sense of community.

We provide transportation from your local elementary school, making it convenient for families to join in.

Each afternoon features homework support, interactive activities, Jewish learning, Hebrew language exposure, and a delicious, healthy snack, ensuring children leave feeling nurtured, inspired, and connected. Join us Monday through Friday for an enriching, exciting experience that fosters growth, creativity, and a love for Jewish heritage!

Open to ALL TK-5th Graders! 
Monday-Thursdays: Pick-Up until 6PM
Fridays: Pick-Up until 5PM

Cost Per Month (You Choose Your Days!)
  • $975: 5 days a week
  • $880: 4 days a week
  • $775: 3 days a week
  • $600: 2 days a week
$50 Registration Fee Before May 31st, 2025
$100 Registration Fee After May 31st, 2025

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Student #1 Information
If your child needs to have medications in our office, such as an Epi-Pen, you will need to bring it to us with the full prescription information and the name and contact number of the prescribing physician.
Please provide us with information regarding Student #1's individual learning needs.
Please bring or send in additional documentation or information or the name and contact information of any specialist with whom your student/family may work. 
Student #2 Information

Adat Ari El is authorized to use minor's photographs, images, recordings, videos, likeness, achievements, and artwork in internal promotional publications, including newsletters, for community outreach and in print material.

PAYMENT & SIGNATURE 

By signing below, you are enrolling your child in The Club House starting on August 11th, 2025 and you acknowledge that:
  • We do not offer refunds on days missed. 
  • Tuition will be paid once after registration. 
  • Enrollment for the 2025- 2026 School year. This is not complete without the submission of this form. This payment is non-refundable. 
Days can be adjusted.
